1:1 HORMONE HEALTH PROGRAM

This program is designed to help those with hormone-related concerns, such as:

  • Painful, irregular and absent periods

  • PMS, mood swings, anxiety, breast tenderness, water retention, hair loss and acne

  • PCOS, endometriosis, PMS, PMDD, and disregulated nervous systems

  • Insomnia, inadequate and disruptive sleep

  • Cravings for sugary foods, simple/refined carbohydrates and coffee

  • Feeling wired and tired, or constantly fatigued

  • A 60 minute discovery video call during which we will discuss your health concerns and the goals you are looking to achieve.  We will dive deep into your past health history, current health status, diet and lifestyle habits, menstrual cycle, and dietary preferences.

  • I provide you with a personalized protocol plan that includes nutrition/diet guidelines, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations.

  • Hormone health and gut health are interconnected. We will address and manage gut issues first in order to properly support hormone health.

  • We will discuss ways to support your cycle through diet, lifestyle and exercise.

  • Managing stress and optimizing sleep are two crucial ways to regain control of your health. Your protocol plan will include ways to support these areas.

  • Blood sugar balance is key to hormone harmony.

    I will provide you with a 1 week meal plan as well as a recipe booklet with further meal inspiration and guidance.

  • 4 monthly 30 minute check-ins to discuss progress and make any adjustments to the plan, as needed, as well as unlimited email support to help you through the process.

  • The program is designed to be followed for a minimum of 4 months.

  • $700 for the 4-month program. Additional appointments beyond the 4-month period are $100 each.

  • Depending on the severity of the issue, you may see improvements as soon as we start working together. However, hormones typically take 3 months to regulate.

  • Yes, functional lab testing is an incredible tool to get to the root cause of an issue. We will discuss the DUTCH test and others. Note that functional lab testing costs vary depending on the test and are not included in the program cost.
